A high capacity electric bus needed to be developed with durability, manufacturability, and serviceability in mind, while still delivering a modern passenger experience and a distinct visual identity on the road.
A complete vehicle design direction was developed across exterior and interior, balancing robust architecture with clean, functional surfaces and high visibility details. The work covered form development, user focused interior layout, key component integration, and a design system that could scale across variants and future updates. Prototypes and iterative reviews supported refinement of proportions, ergonomics, and production details. The final result delivered a recognizable and future ready electric bus platform that strengthened Roam’s product portfolio and helped position the company as a serious player in sustainable public transport.
